The gulfback-project (2)

I take apart the notch yesterday. The fenders went to the sandblaster today. On tuesday the new painter will pick up the fenders and door's to do what he does best.

A new trailer

I bought a trailer with a platform on ebay. The wood came off and i mount new rims and tires today. Next step is the frame will be diminished and ramps will follow...

The gulfback-project

A new notch is in the town...

Produced in 1962, hit the road's in 1963, stored since 1981 (!), one owner, 58000km, minimum rust, interiour like brand new, and a sunroof!



Perfect weather the whole day.

Very good seal's...chrome trim also!




Last check-up at 53000km....


What a fantastic interiour. In the front - the NOS bumper's.


The carpet is NOS!


Parts, parts, parts.... include a full set of NOS bumper overider's, taillight's, reflector's...



No space into my garage to store more Type3 parts...
I have the finished car in my mind and i have all the parts. The car need's a minimum welding job. Just fresh paint and put the car together...

Soon for sale...
